I have been a content iPower customer for over 4 years. My attitude is you get what you pay for, so for under $100/yr
occasional poor customer service and downtime are to be expected.
What I do not expect is a security breach, that has caused my website to become hacked with redirects to malware sites.
Evidently security has been a reoccurring problem with iPower: IPOWER responds to latest threat a recent article from stopBADware.org. They have claimed to have fixed this issue, but my hacked website is proof against this claim.
Ultimately if this issue is not immediately taken care of (and they are dragging their feet), it could severely compromise my business.
If security is important to you (it should be your top priority) do NOT sign up with iPower and I urge all existing customers to cancel their accounts for the safety of the world wide web.
