Ipower sucks at Emails too

THESE PEOPLE SUCK. ABSOLUTELY SUCK. Did I say that they SUCK??? Asides from being total a-holes on the phone, they offer no solultions when their server lost all of my emails the other day. Except for...."we'll need to look into it and get back to you in another 24-48 hours" which I heard repeatedly. When passed from Brock (tier 1 support) to Ryan- (a tier 1 Supervisor)- it just went down hill. I was blamed for deleting my own emails- and was advised that no offer would be made to remedy the situation. Asides from being a punk ass- he continually talked over me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RYAN AND IPOWER....Ipower should learn to take responsibility for their mess ups once and for all.
