Like Everyone Else, I Have Been Duped By iPower
I see that there have been many people and sites hit by the ipower line of BS and especially if your site has been migrated to the new platform. I have two sites and after screwing my smaller site I was worried about them migrating my main site. Sure enough, they were not able to move all of the mysql databases over, even though they claim that they had. I finally had to move a backed up version of the three databases over myself, and then they had the nerve to try to take credit for it.
In addition, since moving to the new platform, any site that uses mysql takes forever and a day to load, and the latest response to my query is that they are aware of the problem, they are working on it and as soon as the issue has been resolved, I will be able to access the site very quickly. No **it sherlock. The problem is that the problem has still not been resolved, and nothing will be done until I write them back asking how long it is going to take to fix this problem they know exists. Of course at that time, I will either be told that they are moving me to the next level of support or tell me that they are still working on the problem.
I have also found out that you won't get a refund if you decide to move the site to another webhost, and don't expect any help from them if you decide to do it anyway. I can't believe that the better business bureau has not clamped down on these frauds.
Unfortunately I am stuck with them, but I did tell them that I would let everyone know that they suck and that they will be able to find my comments on any and all sites out there that deal with ipower complaints. Thanks for making this possible.

Just be glad you had the technical know-how to move the databases over yourself. Imagine the situation that most of iPower's "customers" are in?!
