Just got another gut turning email from iPower

So, iPower, here's my constructive feedback:
1) Fix your damn routers. Once a month my sites just...go...away...
2) Ditch that new back end. VDeck at it's worst was 5,000 times better that the steaming pile you have now.
3) Buy. Some. Damn. Servers. That. WORK!

I just switched to Hostmonster. So far so good.
Evidently I am not on the Survey list, or I would have sent in my two cents worth. I did manage to let them know in one of my many chats, calls and emails of the many websites out there that provide an opportunity to air users complaints, I wonder if they ever do a search
