iPower Seems Like It's Becoming a Roach Motel Similar to Vonage

Trying to cancel my account now that I'm successfully on Hostmonster. So for I've been on hold for Billing for over an hour and a half with that stupid automated voice repeatedly saying "We are still experiencing heavy call volume, please hold for the next available agent, again, we appreciate your patience". EIther that many p|ssed off customers are calling in, they cut staff to the point where there's only one or a few BIlling Customer Service agents on at a time, billing like tech support has been moved to India and/or the Phillippenes and the low lifes they hire over there can't effectively speak or understand English. I'll bet it's ALL OF THE ABOVE !!! FYI, Vonage doesn't let you quit even if you do get a rep on the phone.
