My site (www.kelleysisland.com) has been down for three days now. This just two weeks after being down before when they "migrated" my site. This was one of the only sites i had not moved over from Ipower (out of about 25) because it was so big and busy i didn't want to risk it - now they finally screwed this one too. I have had multiple sites with virus injections problems that they tried to blame on me. I Especially LOVE their cut and paste customer service - does this look familiar? (My most recent conversation):

Daniel Hazard: Well it has been 33 hours since I reported that my site was down and not a thing has been done.
Daniel Hazard: I was told i was on the "highest" priority multiple times
Virgil Shaw: To protect your account from unauthorized changes, can you please verify for me the answer to the Security Question:
Virgil Shaw: What is your mother's maiden name?
Daniel Hazard: XXXXXX
Virgil Shaw: Thank you for the authentication.
Virgil Shaw: Can you please hold while I review your account and get back within 2 to 3 minutes?
Daniel Hazard: which has nothing to do w/my site being down.
Daniel Hazard: oh sure, what the hell
Virgil Shaw: Thank you for holding.
Virgil Shaw: I have checked the issue and noticed that one of the senior specialist is working on the issue. The specialist will be calling you as soon as the issue is resolved.
Virgil Shaw: I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG, I just want to reach thru the net or phone and choke someone to death! This is a site for a resort island where they basically have 3-4months to make all their money for the year. Each time i log back in they tell me a higher level person is "working" on it. The only thing wrong is that the site is not defaulting to www.kelleysisland.com/index.php from www.kelleysisland.com - if u go to the first address you can see the site - HOW HARD CAN THIS ACTUALLY BE TO FIX? THREE DAYS?
